Repair Request Process
① [Condition check and consultation]
Regarding the item you wish to have repaired,
Please provide the following information.
• Details of the repair you would like done (e.g., resizing, broken chain, damaged parts, etc.)
・Details of the damage (cracks, chips, damaged areas, etc.)
If there are stones, please tell us whether they are artificial stones (zirconia) or natural stones.
• Type of material (indicated on the accessory)
Examples: SV925 / STERLING / K10 / PT900, etc.
* Items without material markings are generally not accepted for repair. * However, this applies only to items from brands we carry.
Even without a marking, we may be able to assist you after investigation.

If you have it repaired at the -925- factory, the estimated repair time is about one week .
